The Dr. Ben Carson surge suggests that the U.S. ruling class is now borderline apoplectic in trying to find even ONE candidate it can sell to the voters as a genuine " president of ALL the people ".

To be sure, we live in the golden age of the con artist and swindler. If nominated, Dr. Ben Carson might select dubious product promoter Kevin Trudeau as his vice-president. Trudeau is also " well liked ". Arthur Miller was familiar with this type.
