In vain Pope intervenes for soon to be excuted woman The RIGHT TO LIFE has a curiously limited meaning to the American ruling
class. They can easily brush off the Holy Father's appeal for a woman on
death row. They themselves are mentally closer to the New Atheism-and
Holy Mother Ayn Rand. Well educated in the finest schools, they
probably pondered Dostoevsky's words : " If God does not exist , then
everything is permitted. " . That is just fine with them. They must
permit themselves EVERYTHING-including the slaughter of thousands in
imperialist wars, ruining the working class with Free Market contempt,
destroying the Good Earth with industrial pollution.
