Evil , evil deed. But no excuse for a foolish WAR ON TERRORISM revival. The United States -after Afghanistan, Iraq , Syria - has no moral authority to LEAD any endless and stupid war on terrorism. This is best left to local police forces .
In destabilizing the Middle East after the September 11,2001 attack on the World Trade Center the US military mass produced the seeds of terrorism in the Islamic world.
And the New Atheism is a dubious ally in the war against Islamic religious extremism. Not for nothing " there are no atheists in fox holes ", I hear.
Once again it is not irrelevant after the burning down of Notre Dame Cathedral In Paris and the attempted arson of Saint Patrick's Cathedral ( by a philosophy teacher ) in New York that the vast majority of Christians in Sri-Lanka are Roman Catholics - not generic " Easter worshippers " as Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama labelled them.
" CHRISTIAN " is not a favorite word in the mainstream news media in the United States.
