The American ruling class prefers Wilsonian blather- the drivel about liberty and freedom, and " our way of life " - to rhetoric on the same moral level as any depraved, reactionary terrorist group in the Middle east or their cells planted in the " free world ", the " civilized " world.
Harpy Hillary would prefer to start World War III with the more " politically correct " rhetoric of neo-liberalism.
Both incipient fascism and neo-liberalism gang up on the American tradition of " free speech " : let your opponents have their say. Then demand that they respect your right to be heard
