Yes, arrest people for their thoughts and not their actions.
I think we need a socialist revolution in capitalist America. I might
vote for the moderate " socialist " Bernie Sanders of Vermont. I might
join a Marxist-Leninist party. I might become a cloistered monk. Should I
wait here for the FBI to arrest me ? Or just tell me about the right
ideas to have ?
