Also, as an American Socialist I can assure Justice Scalia that a socialist president of the United States - backed by WE THE PEOPLE - will immediately-the day after winning power- abolish the Supreme Court.
And when -as promised-socialism finally abolishes the State, the law of gay marriage and all laws based on private property right -including inherited wealth-will be NULL and VOID.
All married couples will then be UNCOUPLED and FREE by presidential Emancipation Proclamation.
