How many second rate intellects - with actually a rather dull sense of social justice themselves - are enthusiastic about unmasking the bigotry -real or imagined - of great people who were shaped by their times ? What will THE FUTURE say about all the snooty politically correct journalists of the present day who have no quarrel with the modern wage slavery of capitalism ? Is never using the N-word , never SAYING anything derogatory about any race or ethnic group, enough to qualify you as a saint of political correctness ? What if your political ACTIONS hurt millions of working class people of all races, genders, and ethnic groups ? 

Which " liberal " Democrats would shake a fist at a Robert E. Lee statue but support all the wars of US imperialism and every atrocity of Apartheid Israel ? 

In truth, there is no significant WHITE SUPREMACY movement in the United States today. There is no WHITE PRIVILEGE. There is much economic inequality and CLASS oppression . Not learning any lesson form the 2016 election defeats, the Democrats are now doubling down on effete and vicious " identity politics "- while colluding with conservative Republicans in a one sided CLASS WAR against working people here and around the world. In Rhode Island this is all too obvious .
