Letter: Ann Welch: R.I. should not support nuclear weapons systems

 WE THE PEOPLE can UN-INVENT capitalism, imperialism,and disarm the nuclear weapons. Also, I said that the American PLUTOCRACY is not on a higher moral level than the leaders of North Korea and Iran.
