As a democratic socialist I think THE PEOPLE should be able to over-rule the ruling class appointed hacks on the Supreme Court. Our Supreme Court, even the Electoral College, is incompatible with popular democracy.
I can't imagine this Supreme Court ever outlawing capitalism. I guess the exploiting class, the ONE PERCENT is a protected minority. Real " democracy " will correct this flaw in the system.
