I don't quite understand why the very frustrating struggle for union democracy should be abandoned . " Socialist " groups- which have so much principled agreement -should try to work together -not hurl verbal stink bombs at one another.
An American Labor Party will need a very big tent. Small groups pronouncing anathema on one another is also demoralizing while capitalism is rotting before our eyes.
An independent socialist myself, I don't see any socialist parties or organizations with INFORMATION AGE propaganda skills.
How on earth do you spark a MASS MOVEMENT ? Yell out open office windows : " We need socialism ! " ?
