The fact that various socialist parties and organizations find it risky even to communicate with one another is the basis for this " confusion ". I do share the frequently voiced opinion of the World Socialist Web Site that the so called " Left " ( as the mainstream news media describes it ) is rotten with adaption to the feeble " liberalism " of the Democratic Party of the United States.
But WHO is actually speaking to the revolutionary working class - waiting to hear its own COLLECTIVE VOICE ? Only events will determine that . Above all " socialists " of all stripes must TALK to one another. Talk of " treason " to socialist ideals can often be presumptuous. Good people can have very different ideas about organization and propaganda.
