Is the Supreme Court about to crush the unionized state workers ?

Supreme Court vs. public employee unions
For any democratic Socialist ( including Bernie Sanders I hope) this public employee issue is easy enough to analyze : there is one constant in capitalist America-the CLASS STRUGGLE. You side with the organized workers- " blue collar " or " professional ". Babble about the rights of the isolated individual is mere sophistry, worthy of Ayn Rand Republicans and their Centers for Freedom and Prosperity.
Right wing demagogue Scott Walker is the patron saint of these anti-union thugs. But what also weakens unions is too often a lack of internal democracy. So you get rid of " Johnny Friendly " bosses ( friendly to the right Democrats ) . You do not destroy what is left of organized labor.
We need the American equivalent of the British Labor Party ( with a Socialist bias ) in the United States.
There should be mass demonstrations in Washington, D.C. in view of the Supreme Court- supporting UNION RIGHTS.

[   It's the showdown at the Supreme Court Corral Monday for public employee unions and their opponents.
Union opponents are seeking to reverse a 1977 Supreme Court decision that allows public employee unions to collect so-called "fair share fees."]
