One has to go zoological to throw light on rampant -and too well
remembered-sexual abuse. If children were well supervised- in a modern
version of the " extended family " - their sexual abuse would be
extremely difficult to get away with or to go unreported and unobserved
for any length of time.
The adolescent with his or her often poignant " springtime " sexuality is another matter-which should be discussed without brainless 19th century puritanical horror. During the so called Sexual Revolution of the 60s and 70s I recall reading the radical psychiatrist Wilhelm Reich on the " sexual rights of adolescents ". At least by the mid-teens " consent " cannot be ruled out.
Does the victim of sexual abuse need the equivalent of a grief counselor many years later ? I suspect these very PRIVILEGED products of a private school , St. George, will be " made whole again " only by a BIG MONEY law suit. We need to revive the objectivity of the famous Kinsey Report.
I can imagine even a socialist government having to deal with the evil of sexual predators. But nobody will ever get rich by public victim hood . Democratic socialism will not make ANYBODY an instant millionaire in a court of " socialist " law.
And nobody will be making money in the sordid pornography business - which makes both attractive males and females mere one dimensional sex objects. So called " pornography " might finally rise to level of a fine art.
