North Korea IS a nuclear power

Profile of A.J. Muste  North Korea might be a Liar State, but there is clear sophistry in the denial here that it has nuclear weapons. Our technology cannot distinguish between a nuclear weapons explosion and an earthquake ?
Until recently I was never sure the North Koreans even had a humble ATOM bomb. " Too small " reports said. I don't recall any U.S. official saying : North Korea (like Israel) IS a nuclear power.Now American citizens read there are doubts about North Korea having a HYDROGEN bomb.Too small ?
The theory of these doomsday weapons is simple enough. There is no such thing as a TOO small atom bomb or a too small hydrogen bomb. If they can build a small one or the other, they can-with resources-build a larger one or the other. When Barry Goldwater was running for president in 1964 he talked about using " tactical nuclear weapons " in Vietnam.
It is imperialist arrogance to assert that SOME nations are not " responsible " enough to have nuclear weapons- this from the ONLY nation that ever used them ( the United States ).
Years ago that very sane pacifist A.J. Muste asked : " Who Has the Spiritual Atom Bomb ? "
For the purpose of building a better, saner world our military -industrial complex is useless.
