I commend cardiologist , Dr. James Muller, and his Nobel Peace Prize group, for thinking about the horror of nuclear war with heart and mind - not like those intellectual moral monsters entrenched in conservative " think tanks " ( who see nuclear war as winnable and advise the Pentagon Future War Crimes Machine .
All these other nations - like Iran and North Korea - should renounce nuclear weapons but not the United States ? Talk about what the late Senator William J. Fullbright called " The Arrogance of Power ".
But today ALL the " progressive " Democrats that are serious about running for president have signed on to the HATE RUSSIA, New McCarthyism.
Could the crisis in Venezuela set the stage for a 2019 version of the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis ? Working class Americans should demand that we junk the Pentagon war machine and discharge all the half-cracked officers of the military caste ( many trained at West Point and the Newport Naval College ).
Slobbering over the military is very FALSE patriotism.
