To be sure , no Marxist socialist will pretend to have expert knowledge on bourgeois legality. The ruling class will decide by some collective intrigue what constitutes the new legality. And THEIR Supreme Court will take notice.
No Euclidean argument ( I read that Abraham Lincoln found Euclid instructive in his political thinking ) will convince the inner core of the American plutocracy about RIGHT thinking.
