Apartheid Israel is no holy cause for the vast majority of Christians

"In a column published in the Israeli newspaper Ha’aretz on December 31, columnist Michael Sfard warned:

We have to face reality. We are witnessing the flourishing of a Jewish Ku Klux Klan movement. Like its American counterpart, the Jewish version also drinks from the polluted springs of religious fanaticism and separatism, only replacing the Christian iconography with its Jewish equivalent. Like white racism’s modus operandi, this Jewish racism is also based on fear mongering and violence against its equivalent of Blacks—the Palestinians. "

Very significant comment coming from the Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz. In truth the Catholic Church and 99 percent of Christian Protestant churches REJECT malignant anti-Semitism. And the top leaders of Zionist Israel are NOT Orthodox Jews. On the contrary they are closer to the militant atheist reactionary philosopher Ayn Rand, famous for her capitalist loving " Virtue of Selfishness " ( contrast it with Christ's " Sermon on the Mount " ) . Just a few years ago ALL the Republican candidates for president shamelessly declared themselves disciples of Ayn Rand or very much under her hateful influence.

I have read scathing criticism of Zionism coming from ORTHODOX Jews.

Socialists who see the true nature of Zionism can expect to be smeared as " anti-Semites " marching side by side the Neo-Nazis. To which comment at WBUR on line I replied :

         Having said in a robot like tone that " Anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism " the person cut short any possible discussion : " I don't talk to anti-Semites ". But WE democratic socialists will TALK with anybody who wants to hear the truth -even if there is much skepticism about who owns it. Objective TRUTH is a force rising above all of us.
