New Restaurant at Providence Public Library- an asset to the place

Upscale , high price coffee? Homeless visitors to public library not welcome? On the whole an asset to the Providence Public Library. I had my first cup of coffee there today before leaving for Kennedy Plaza. On the way to that forlorn bus terminal I was approached separately by two homeless derelicts for cigarette money . But cigarettes now cost more than 10 dollars a pack , I muttered. Their look : " Anything will help ". I think : How can any poor person addicted to cigarettes not be living in a cardboard box ?
