Gulag with reference to the wisdom -literal or implied- of the U.S.

internal disputes of the American ruling class.

That being said, find a serious presidential candidate who opposes the state death penalty ? " More love and compassion " Hillary Clinton could at least openly oppose it . The death penalty is BOTH a race and a class issue.
Justice is mostly for sale in capitalist America. Ask any prisoner of the American Gulag.
