Hard " science " cannot justify appalling income inequality

The evolutionary key to our big brains ?  What does energy metabolism- quick or sluggish- say about the human social hierarchy ? Do " ruling class " people really work harder to " earn " millions of dollars of our collective surplus value, while a life time of mental and physical effort leaves most of us nearly pauperized ? 

   Hard " science " , it seems , cannot justify appalling income inequality. 

  We talk a lot now about the notorious ONE PERCENT . What if THEIR wealth is mostly our wealth misappropriated ? 

  Wealth is the reward of " effort " . But there is only one way to measure the mental and physical effort of ANY human being: with a thermometer ! 

  I don't know if my insight is useful to my favorite " socialist " Democrat, Bernie Sanders.
At least as useful as a bottle of Geritol . Do they still sell that stuff ?
