If my little state of Rhode Island were bombed day and night in order to rid the world of some entrenched Mafia on Federal Hill in Providence, you can be sure a lot of us would be refugees in our own country. I must ask " nice guy " Dr. Ben Carson his own favorite guidance question : " What would Jesus do ? "
To be sure, we have lost the war on terrorism . Albert Camus wrote " In fighting our enemies we must not come to resemble them ". Think about this all those heroic drone pilots and those gallant bombers of the Doctors Without Borders trauma hospital in Afghanistan.
