The dinousaurs were also lords of the earth - until the Day of the Asteroid

     Left-wing groups  and organizations have been talking about U.S. war crimes in Iraq since 2003. The big idea that emerges is that the U.S. ” war on terrorism ” is nothing but a cover for pursuing bloody imperialist interests. Presently the ruling class- after the terrorist attacks in Paris- is trying to revive the patriotic hysteria and war fever of the days after September 11, 2001.
They hope that the voting public will be too stupefied by war propaganda to pay much attention to ” socialist ” Democrat Bernie Sanders’ message of a sick and morally insane capitalist economic system.
How can any student of world history not be reminded of the very beginning of the First World War in August 1914 ?
The attacks on free speech rights everywhere are just a prelude to another world war. The TRUTH is invariably too subversive- and has a Socialist ring to it.
But even Karl Marx observed that the class struggle can end in the common ruin of the contending classes. Are we humans—homo-sapiens—about to become a failed species ?
The indifferent universe mocks all causes-good and bad, sane and insane. The dinosaurs -if they could have had one lucid thought- would think that they were the lords of earth-until the day of the arrival of that fatal asteroid.
