The TWO PARTY system is completely controlled by the American plutocracy. But more and more DEEP STATE, the CIA , the FBI , the Pentagon collude with the corrupt Democratic Party. Black Muslim revolutionary Malcolm X understood this way back in 1965. Malcolm made a connection between racism and capitalism, between racism and imperialism. My favorite Malcolm X quote : " Show me a capitalist and I will show you a blood sucker ! " . THE LAW in capitalist America reflects the needs and THE WILL of Corporate America. In no way will THE LAW or its army of lawyers, law makers, and " JUST JUDGES " ever rise above their CLASS prejudice. Believe me , REAL socialism is as anathema in the Democratic Party as it is in the Republican Party where a while back Donald Trump wanted to BAN socialism from " OUR democracy " forever. At the end of the movie " To Kill A Mockingbird " the decent minded Alabama lawyer Atticus Finch makes an eloquent speech in defense of the majesty of our courts and of THE LAW. But remember Atticus lost ! The American prison system today , not for nothing called the " American Gulag " testifies to the CLASS and RACE bias of the capitalist legal system . Our Ivy League law schools - Harvard, Yale, Princeton- mass produce every year professional enemies of the working class of all races and ethnic groups. Ask the famous lawyer Alan Dershowitz, author of " Chutzpah ".
