The American Hollywood " Culture of Narcissism " feeds " BLACK LIVES MATTER ( the groups not the concept ) narcissism . Ignored by this same news media- which seem to have an affirmative action on steroids agenda for black actors and actresses in those stupid TV commercials- is the now obvious Black crime wave.. As a democratic socialist -not a fan of Donald Trump - I see this propping up of the Black petty bourgeoisie -and Black capitalism - as doing nothing for ordinary Black people in the United States. Black Muslim leader Malcolm X got it right way back in 1965 . Malcolm X made a connection between capitalism and racism, between imperialism and racism. My favorite Malcolm X quote : " Show me a capitalist and I will show you a blood sucker ". Discouraging words for American plutocrats eager to patronize Black celebrities and would be celebrities. A respected biography of Malcolm X said that he believed rich and influential American Jews were the trickiest " enemy " of Black people.
Hollywood celebrities- and movie producers like Harvey Weinstein - are the very vanguard of cultural degeneracy in the United States. When was the last time I visited a movie theater ? Thirty years ago ? Hollywood Babylon is creating the 21st century equivalent of the decadent German Weimar Republic of the 1920s. FREE SPEECH and FREE THOUGHT are daily censored but never the pornography industry.
