George W. Bush , Bill and Hillary Clinton, even Donald Trump belonged
to my generation now associated with the " tumultuous 60s ".
Any
generation - as any social order in the world today - is CLASS DIVIDED.
My generation was betrayed by those who rose to positions of power and
leadership, many of whom betrayed their early anti-war, anti-capitalist
idealism.
Why oh why do right wing voices call Hawk Hillary ,
Wall St. Hillary a MARXIST ? She could say as in that " Sound of Music
" song : " somewhere in my youth or childhood I must have done
something good " .
A line from a Robert Frost poem :
" Nothing gold can stay ... "
Capitalism can corrupt your soul !
