The crisis of threatening North Korean nuclear weapons as seen
through the hawk eyes of " The Arrogance of Power " ? . Why not begin
with a call for world wide nuclear disarmament ?
I recall the BAN THE BOMB demonstrations of the 60s - in which
prominent " public intellectuals " like the Nobel Prize winners Linus
Paul and British philosopher Bertrand Russell played a prominent role.
No bold intellectuals surfacing here in the USA.
Even one nuclear bomb dropped on ANY major city will trigger a chaos of calamities.
Don't expect ANY Democrat to call for peace AND disarmament Presently their " thing " is this hateful , HATE RUSSIA, New McCarthyism.
