Do democratic socialists have an IMMEDIATE plan for prison reform ? That is just not possible as long as the STATE -as Lenin described it - is the state of the ruling class. Crudely put the state is the organization of FORCE- in all its forms- against the working class majority.
What socialists IN POWER will do : they will order the biggest jail break in human history. They will literally EMPTY THE PRISONS, the American Gulag.
There will be no Supreme Court to over-rule them.
ALL judges and lawyers presently serve the PRIVATE PROPERTY plutocracy.
