Inspired from youth by Albert Camus' sense of the Absurd, I try to be a voice for REASON in the growing darkness and moral insanity of global capitalism .
To be sure, high blood pressure is no joke . How much of diagnosed high blood pressure can be treated effectively by just reducing stress ? ( as much as that is possible in capitalist society ) . Try monitoring your blood pressure after listening to calming music ( I like jazz ) or taking a scenic walk. I don't think anybody should sacrifice little moments of happiness in life to pacify the blood pressure police. And I question the bureaucratic decision to adjust " high " blood pressure to a more lucrative norm . What is the human body's truth? Good luck anyway -with whatever works for you.
