As a " democratic socialist " and a critical supporter of the " socialist " Democrat Bernie campaign I am very impressed with Bernie Sanders' " political revolution ". It is not over after Hillary Clinton's Banana Republic " victory " in New York.
All the enthusiasm -all the vitality- remains with Bernie. I don't see too many Bernie Sanders supporters suddenly infatuated with Status Quo Hillary Clinton.
What is the Status Quo in essence ? The New Colonialism abroad; attacks on the working class and the poor- and attacks on Medicare and " entitlements " for the elderly - here at home. Bipartisan " reaction " -not progressive political change.
As Ralph Nader says again and again the two party system serves Corporate America, the ONE PERCENT , our ruling class.
So something is happening here or nothing is happening here ?
