My friend Dave and I checked out yesterday this strangely missing Malcolm X inscription ( UNATTRIBUTED there ) on the facade of the University of Rhode Island Library in Kingston . In a way it was a double INSULT to the memory of the Black Muslim revolutionary Malcolm X. It would have been better " progressive " politics if the innocuous, truncated quote REMAINED there but with the NAME " MALCOLM X ".
