Man fills potholes on Johnston street

I would not be surprised if that man faces legal arrest ! Kennedy Plaza is always squalid and filthy and stinking -right under Mayor Smiley's nose . Whatever his plans for for Kennedy Plaza , don't RIPTA bus riders deserve more respect ? I did imagine myself modestly cleaning up the place with a garbage bag and a broom ! The UNION will get me ? Although as longtime independent democratic socialist I am very PRO-UNION !
