What does the HATE RUSSIA , New McCarthyism do for poor black kids , Congressman Cicilline ?

Prominent Rhode Island government watchdog Ken Block recently ( Sept 23, 2019 ) raised the issue of institutionalized racism as an explanation for the dismal showing of Providence Public School.

[ My Turn: Ken Block: We must end schools' institutional racism ...

https://www.providencejournal.com › opinion › my-turn-ken-block-we-m...Cached2 days ago - For decades, Rhode Island has undergone an annual ritual where our statewide test results are made known, and the sound of teeth gnashing can be heard in every corner of the state. ... Rhode Island has a brand-new commissioner of education, Angelica Infante-Green. ... Unfortunately, we ...]

Here the very intelligent , very informed Ken Block ironically sounds  a bit like the " progressive " Rhode Island Democrats who run on racial politics .  So concerned and sensitive are they about racial injustice  it is hard to explain their neglect of Providence public schools for the decades that they have been a monopoly entrenched power in the state .

Could it be more a  CLASS injustice issue than that old time racism ?  How can  poor white people enjoy WHITE PRIVILEGE in the Rhode Island public schools  anymore than in the outrageous prison system ?

Just as much as those conservative Republicans  the Democrats serve the   ruling              capitalist class.

The BIG MONEY goes to the suppressive apparatus of the police state , the military , the Pentagon War Crimes Machines , corporate welfare.

So state budgets are left begging and starving . And a good share of the BIG MONEY goes to corrupt American politicians - like the crusading people's politician more and more in the news as the arch foe of  President Donald Trump , Congressman David Cicilline

What does the HATE RUSSIA New McCarthyism do for poor black people or for working class white people , Mr. Cicilline ?  Impeach Trump for them ?
