I don't see how what is left of the traditional Catholic conscience in the USA can support this Kafkaesque daily harassment of a LEGITIMATE - yes , by the American Constitution - president of the United States, Donald Trump. And I am a lifelong INDEPENDENT democratic socialist . The so called " progressive " Left now shows a fascist streak in its hysterical hostility to Trump and conservative Republicans , in its daily contempt for the FREE SPEECH , FREE THOUGHT tradition of Western Christian Civilization. All the mainstream news media 's endless Catholic bashing is based in the ILLIBERAL LIBERAL Democrat Party. The Ukraine/ Trump scandal has about as much a solid foundation as the Mueller Russia investigation circus.
