On the whole I appreciate the Warwick Public Library . But can't the staff assert some authority in requesting chronic coughers there to wear a hospital face mask or cover their mouth with sanitary napkins ?
Put up a sign as you might see on any hospital wall ?
Is it now politically incorrect to insist on public health measures ?
One regular visitor to the Warwick Public Library - a regular chronic cougher - was identified by a friend as a one time guest of Harrington Hall ( for the homeless ) in Cranston. My friend himself spent one horrible night there . The depressing place reminded him of those 19th century tuberculosis wards.
The Los Angeles plague can spread to Rhode Island. Good manners are VITAL !
