Rhode Island is the most COMPLETE Democrat state in the union. It would be a breath of fresh air if the " conservative " Republicans could compete here , at least offering a counter-voice to the most Stalinized , corrupt " liberalism " on the planet.
Our " liberal " Democrat Governor Gina Raimondo has been leading the attack on the elderly poor in nursing homes , on elderly poor needing SNAP benefits or just a reliable RI RIDE to the doctor's office.
FOR PROFIT health care is exceptionally cruel in this economically pauperized state.
Children -too many, too often- DIE under the care of DCYF while blowhard " progressive " Congressman David Cicilline sheds crocodile tears over the fate of a few migrant children on the Mexican border.
School kids here are SHAMED when their lunch bill is overdue. It is hard for some to succeed in math and English when they are demoralized by hunger and neglect, when greedy Rhode Island slum lords threaten their family with eviction.
In no way did Obama care make health care a basic human right in Rhode Island. Even dental care here is a class privilege. What is so sad as pretty little girl with rotten teeth ?
The " liberal " Democrats will protest that they can hardly sleep at night worrying about these problems. What miserable phonies and hypocrites .
HAPPY NEWS : the population of Rhode Island is decreasing. Soon David Cicilline - the voice of the new HATE RUSSIA , New McCarthyism ( and the nth dimension of gay rights ) will soon be superfluous.
