As a PILLAR OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY the Supreme Court - ALL members conservative on capitalist private property rights, relative to ANY honest socialist party - is vastly over-rated. It can be easily replaced by a workers government - which will politely escort ALL the YOUR HONORS to a house of retirement .
All the YOUR HONORS would try to convince us that their juridical WISDOM has divine roots . But they LISTEN only to the plutocracy in all important matters. Once the Southern slaves masters were the voice of God .
The LAW is never above the class struggle.
