But only radical measures can save the homeless from skid row death: drastic RENT CONTROL. A draconian restraining order on ALL landlord private property rights. RHODE ISLAND LANDLORDS MEET BOLSHEVIKS !
The " liberal " Democrats are a long way from putting HUMAN RIGHTS above property rights.
