Some " talented " employees resolve the contradiction by crossing over to management. There has been a bipartisan attack on organized labor since the early days of the Reagan era. So " Comrade Bob Kerr " was right about the numbers not being there anymore.
But there are also cycles . And the ghost of ORGANIZED LABOR past will whisper : " Sometimes we come back !
