Obviously there is much complexity here . In " Mein Kampf " Hitler rants against subversive Jewish Bolsheviks ( and those depraved Slavic Russians ! ) and at the same time he rants against those crafty ,odious, international Jewish bankers .

                Meanwhile in the USA you had the industrialist Henry Ford saying ( in a quite honest tone) that the only people who benefit from war are militarists and money lenders. The fact that Hitler admired Henry Ford did not make Ford a Nazi.

             And the legendary pilot Charles Lindberg being demonized as a hard core anti-Semite for voicing traditional American pacifism. Much like Old Joe Kennedy with the United States on the brink of entry into World War II . Crude remarks do not necessarily contain the poison of race hatred.

                 Too many GREAT writers have also been demonized as incorrigible anti-Semites . I am thinking of H.L. Mencken and H.P. Lovecraft. Neither writer deserves professional obloquy.

               Only FREE SPEECH can separate truth from fiction here.

       I like what Albert Einstein said when " questioned " about God by a Catholic bishop : " Tell the Bishop I 'm an honest man ! "
