As I just pointed out, any Supreme Court judge must be QUALIFIED only to serve the interests of the American plutocracy . He or she may or may not be a paragon of morality in the personal life . Serving THE LAW is mostly an illusion. What is served is CLASS interests.
From the perspective of democratic socialism the American Supreme Court is a pillar of the American plutocracy , of American capitalism. There is no big quarrel among Republicans and Democrats over sacrosanct PRIVATE PROPERTY and capitalist economic principles.
When the chips are down ALL the YOUR HONORS will defend this class divided society -with or without, as they might imagine, the blessing of Almighty God.
I note that Judge Kavanaugh is a Catholic - and there is much biased against Catholics in the main stream news media.
But a good Catholic is rather unworldly . And Catholics too infatuated with Wall St. and Pentagon are at least NOT QUALIFIED for sainthood.
No real socialists will get excited- for or against- over these Supreme Court nominees . Soon POPULAR DEMOCRACY will blow the whole rotten system up .
But the morals case against Judge Brett Kavanaugh is as hollow as Mueller's endless, ridiculous " Russian Investigation ".
