The " liberal " Democrats pretend that all was bliss in " OUR democracy " before Donald Trump was legitimately elected president of the United States ( when did Democrats ever challenge the Electoral College on " democratic " , or supra Constitutional principles ? ) .
It is not President Trump who is personally responsible for the human catastrophe in Puerto Rico . Both Democrats and Republicans accept the wealth distribution system of capitalism - with petty squabbles over the politics of it .
The American ruling class , the plutocracy, is sitting on trillions of dollars of wealth , more than enough to cope with natural disasters, more than enough to wipe out poverty and destitution in the United States , more than enough to make quality health care a basic human right for ALL Americans - and even thousands of so called " illegal aliens " passing through the country and too easily EXPLOITED rather than ENTITLED .
Nobody should be homeless or " ruined " before or after a Hurricane like Katrina - of which we will see many more in this era of global warming .
