Perhaps the mystical and the mysterious become all one in the end ?

What is lacking in today's ubiquitous VOICE OF SCIENCE, Neil deGrasse Tyson.? What overflowed in the great humanist Carl Sagan : a social conscience. I cannot imagine Carl explaining the scientific method of understanding our universe with gratuitous insults to the world's hundreds of millions of religious people. Isaac Asimov joked in his autobiography that God might forgive an honest atheist but not a WISE GUY atheist. Tyson recently mocked the Catholic belief in the Holy Eucharist , saying that Catholics must be dumber than scientologists. In " Demon Haunted World " Carl Sagan just offers Science as a " candle in the dark ". Perhaps the mystical and the mysterious become all ONE in the end ?
