The fundamental law of life on
earth-including human society-is CHANGE, evolution, development.All
things come into existence and pass out of existence. Even the national
state is an artificial human creation. Nothing sacrosanct about it
-except when it declares WAR.
Why treat any paper document-no matter how venerable-as a piece of
absolute wisdom valid for all times ? Here patriotism becomes a
quasi-religious ideology. But I still prefer the monotheism of the
Jews-which they tend to forget in their worship of Israel.
