Their fatuous adulation for Ukrainian president Zelensky- NATO obsessed war monger - reeks of that stale Wilsonian blather ( " make the world safe for democracy ", " SOVEREIGN nations ", " Stop the Hun ! " , " FREEDOM " - for the plutocracy , of course ) that was just as FALSE more than a century ago. Picture " Sleepy Joe " Biden as FDR and professional clown Zelensky as Winston Churchill rallying the FREE WORLD which includes barbaric Saudi Arabia and APARTHEID Israel - " the most democratic country in the Middle East ". " OUR democracy " is just what Putin's POST-COMMUNIST Russia needs ? Our plutocracy is on a higher moral level than Putin's oligarchy ? More than conservative Republicans the Democratic Party has displayed complete contempt in recent decades for the FREE SPEECH , FREE THOUGHT tradition of Western Civilization. For years now - certainly since being shocked by Trump's election in 2016 - the Democrats have promoted the HATE RUSSIA , New McCarthyism . The war clouds over SOVEREIGN Ukraine today did not come out of the blue. Expect THEIR mainstream news media to pump up war hysteria to maniacal levels by Memorial Day. Working class CHRISTIAN Americans will not get all fired up over a SOVEREIGN Ukraine now embraced by " OUR democracy " .
