But it seems the arrogant American ruling class has learned nothing from Fulbright's book or from the Vietnam experience. For years now President Joe Biden's Democratic Party has promoted the HATE RUSSIA , New McCarthyism ". And the victor of Afghanistan ( after 20 years ! ) now wants to risk nuclear World War III with Russia over a SOVEREIGN Ukraine . We hear the same Wilsonian blather that was false way back in 1914 about " FREEDOM " , " making the world safe for democracy " , " SOVEREIGN nations " . And " WE WON'T BE FOOLED AGAIN " ?

How is our still very ARROGANT plutocracy on a higher moral level than Putin's Russian oligarchy ?
