THE LAW in capitalist USA is never above the CLASS STRUGGLE

We are told in patriotic public school propaganda that WE are a nation of LAW . But THE LAW -as Marxists have always taught -is bourgeois LAW that can not possibly be above the CLASS STRUGGLE in capitalist society. So it should be no surprise to real socialists that THE LAW in this hopefully last crisis of American capitalism is hopelessly political. No Harvard Law School legal " genius " ( certainly not Alan Dershowitz ! ) will persuade with Ciceronian eloquence THE LAW or those twelve JUST JUDGES to make capitalism less obnoxious to the masses of working class people of all races and ethnic groups. Not just THE LAW but the venerable TWO PARTY SYSTEM in the United States is all about guarding the privileged plutocracy. What BLACK LIVES MATTER groups need to realize is that THE POLICE are there to protect PROPERTY RIGHTS not WHITE SUPREMACY . Organized labor in the United States has many stories to tell - and well documented- about police brutality against WORKING CLASS people. Is it not about time that WE have our own party to rival the treacherous Democrats and the odious Republicans , the party of the more oblivious rich people in this country ?
