Of course, the imperialist American war machine has never been tainted with accusations of criminal chemical warfare ? Famous British philosopher Bertrand Russell investigated U.S. chemical warfare in Vietnam . The use of napalm in that wonderfully LOST war was well documented. Even today American veterans- and Vietnamese civilians - suffer from the effects of " agent orange " .
Lord Russell wrote a number of letters to the New York Times about these crimes against humanity.. They were treated with ruling class scorn by the New York Times editor. Some were not printed, some were heavily censored or edited, some were " refuted " with sneering editor notes.
Too bad Bertrand Russell is not alive today to organize a second " International War Crimes Tribunal " : to investigate war crimes of the United States and Israel in the Middle East.
And just recently Vietnam commemorated the 50th anniversary of the My Lai massacre. The whole world is laughing at sanctimonious America.
Expect no working class support for the next stupid war in the Middle East.
