Read Isaac Asimov's essay " The Relativity of Truth ". For example, science discovered way back that the earth was round. When satellite probes discovered that it was slightly pear shaped, did that leave science with an egg on its face ?
I am sure there will be many incremental corrections to global climate change science. -just as there are modifying discoveries about human evolution. At least there will be no return to the Garden of Eden. Sufficient, modest, useful-but not ABSOLUTE truth remains.
