I can see how any increase in the minimum wage would alarm a relatively small and local business like " Professional Security Inc." It is simple mathematics. But a living wage is also a human right. I think the government should both raise the minimum wage and assist any useful and viable small business hurt by this.
Otherwise global capitalism will culminate in a few giant corporations owning EVERYTHING.
[ Minimum wage workers are REAL people too. They are not hurt by any increase in the minimum wage. UNLESS they lose their jobs !]
It is ironic that too many LUMPEN types make security guards necessary. Back to a " War on Poverty "? Bad for the business ?

Small company that mandates weird work hours.

Pros: n/a
Cons: no breaks, no *** didn't pay overtime, no vacation or benefits
A
day at work involves dealing with management that always has an
attitude, wasn't appreciative of your work, Always has to complain about
another employee or something not even relevant to work or the
workplace! Co-Workers are OK, the hardest part of the job is the stress
that management places on you due to them not doing their job! (Even as
being the owners)
