To be sure the Infernal Car is our corpse hungry Moloch ! And the only God we deserve ?

Years ago in Golden Age, post-war 50s ( when I was growing up in Washington Park, Providence ) I might have thought that cold blooded hit and run accidents were a rare insult to ordinary human kindness. But not so today in 21st century. Just a thought : could the daily contempt and neglect of homeless people in this MAKE-A-BUCK capitalist society signal to already " alienated " individuals that human life is CHEAP and that LOOKING OUT FOR NUMBER ONE is the way to go ? To be sure, the Infernal Car is our corpse hungry Moloch ! The only God we deserve ?
